Due to the Covid pandemic no classes are currently scheduled or planned, class offerings will resume when it is safe and reasonable to hold close-proximity, hands-on classes.

Past classes have focused on:

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation including:

  • PNF for Movement and Fitness Professionals ( a 16 hour class focusing on  trunk patterns and Hold-Relax Contract -Relax techniques)
  • PNF Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation: A Primer , a 24 hour in depth introduction to PNF for licensed therapists
  • PNF, Overview, a 3 hour survey of the depth and breadth of PNF

Relevant PNF background: Eddie Rosen is a 1976 graduate of the Curriculum in Physical Therapy at the University of California, San Francisco. In 1978 He graduated from and later taught in the postgraduate PNF training program at Kaiser's Rehabilitation center, Vallejo (where PNF was developed). Over the past40 years he has taught PNF in several Physical Therapy schools and short term postgraduate workshops in the US, Australia and Europe, Vietnam and India
